SO, THOSE BOMBS DOWN VYNER STREET THEN…

So the Primary coloured show at Cultivate kicked off in red, yellow and blue style in the high winds and rather unpleasant rain, really didn’t expect to see so many people braving the elements to check out our bombs, well the bombs of MARCOS JUNCAL. there’s some coverage over there on the ORGAN pages  Marcos came in to the gallery a couple of month ago and declared he had a bomb in his bag. had to call him up for the Primaries show…

The Primaries show runs for two weeks at Cultivate, rather pleased with this show, there’s a particular pleasure in showing the work of an artist no one really knows and quietly standing in the background listening to all the positive reaction, the big piece in the corner is the work of SIMONA RUSCHEVA, this is the first time she’s shown work in the UK

The show runs until December 4th and with that, I need to get my boots on and get down there to open up for today, sleep right now is not an option… Lots of Primaries photos over on the Cultivate Facebook page….

The ORGAN pages are where you find a daily dose of art, music, underculture, today we present a quick bite of U.S artist KEEMO, yesterday there was JACKSON POLLOCK…

And yes, we still very much have space left in the Art is For Life show, and yes it is about getting involved, none of you really bothered with the question of what do you want from an artist0run space in 2013….   Right, II need to eat then go open, almost 15 months of non-stop Cultivating now….
