105: PHILL HOPKINS – Treesaver (Yellow) 2017

Yeah okay, I know, it looks like we’re being lazy and rather like we haven’t done any Cultivate type things since those two rather intense Intent shows back at the start of the year. Well there has been all the Organ stuff and the Cherry Bombs and the circles and the #365ArtDrop18 pieces and the ongoing notion of a daily concluded painting and the shop and yes well Cultivate has taken a little bit of a back seat after six or so full-on years. But we are doing things, we have irons in fires, we have things coming up that we’re working on right now and we’re almost ready to start shouting about those next things, quite a few things, new gallery shows, new on-line shows, a take over of a space or two, the 2018 Art Car Boot Fair of course. Watch this space, you haven’t got rid of us yet, there still a need for a better Woolworths…
